AlFursan Members are entitled up to 1500 reward miles depending on the room type:
- Standard: 500
- Executive: 1,000
- Suite: 1,500
Terms and Conditions:
- Booking must be in the name of the AlFursan member.
- Miles are credited within 4-8 weeks after departure date.
- Please quote your AlFursan membership number upon reservation and present your AlFursan card at the time of check-in.
- Miles are earned per eligible stay*, regardless of the number of nights booked, for a maximum of 3 rooms.
- Eligible Stay* refers to any stay that is booked at a published rate except for tour operator rates, travel industry rates, and complimentary / barter rates.
**Please allow 4 - 8 weeks from the check-out date for mileage posting, provided that the membership number has been obtained.
In case of missing miles, kindly contact us at partners.rotana@rotana.com and provide the details of your stay. Claims may be made within a 6-month period from the check-out date.
