Booking and Pricing
SAUDIA has allocated specific fare classes and special prices for the issuance of tickets through the Government Digital Wallet program. These tickets can only be used on SAUDIA’s network with basic fare classes for international and domestic flights.
Payment Methods
Payments are made through the government digital wallet, with the possibility of collecting any price difference using a credit card.
The Validity Period of Tickets
The validity period of all tickets and vouchers transferred to the government digital wallet is calculated from the original issuance date of the ticket. Government tickets issued before May 14, 2023, are valid for three years from the original issuance date. Government tickets issued from or after May 14, 2023, are valid for one year only from the original issuance date.
Fares Conditions for all International and Domestic Flights
After-sales services can be provided along with transferring the government ticket and any remaining balance to the wallet. It is permitted to reissue government tickets by the primary owner for direct family members only (parents/husband/wife/children) and for legal dependents of the family under a legal deed issued by the court, for example (brother and sister) or a sponsored (maid / driver)
