• The customer must provide the employee of AlFursan membership number and category when closing the contract or contact the customer care center and submit a request to transfer loyalty points to AlFursan. Where the request resolution takes 3 business days.

Miles to earn:

Customer can request to transfer Keys points to AlFursan program after closing the contract according to the policy below:

• Green tier members will receive 1 AlFursan Reward Miles for every 2 Riyals spent on renting.
• Silver members will earn 1 AlFursan Reward Miles for every 1.5 Riyal spent on renting.
• Gold members will earn 1 AlFursan Reward Miles for every 1 Riyal spent on renting.
