How To Convert Your Miles?
- Login to Mobily App.
- Go to the “Store” page and click on “Neqaty”.
- Click on “Redeem” tab.
- Click on “AlFursan”.
- Customer should have minimum of 3,000 “Neqaty Points” for “AlFursan Miles” redumption.
- Click on the “Redeem” tab for the points you wish to convert, then choose the number of points you wish to convert as options available. See the Conversion Table Above.
- Click on “Yes” to confirm the selected conversion redemption.
- Enter “AlFursan ID” number.
- Click on “Get Pin Code” tab.
- Enter the “pin code” which has been sent to your mobile phone.
- Click on the “Redeem” tab to submit the redemption request.
