Validity of Vouchers

• The validity of the compensation vouchers is one year from the date of issuance.
• The validity of the class difference voucher is the same as the validity of the original ticket.

• Class difference vouchers for tickets issued through a travel agent can be refunded through the same travel agent that issued the original ticket.

All compensation vouchers are refundable according to their terms, except for compensation vouchers for Travel Class Downgrade issued against government tickets, which can be utilized only in Saudia network by contacting the reservation call centre or visiting a sales office.
