Terms & Conditions for "Saudia Pass"
Flight Pass is a subscription plan that allows you to travel to a wide range of remarkable destinations at a fixed competitive rate on Saudia’s direct flights.
- You can subscribe to the service through the (Flight Pass web page) for you to choose the pass that is most suitable for you.
- The subscription is a 12-months with a fixed amount every cycle (3 months). Moreover, it is automatically renewable after one year with an option for cancellation only 4 weeks prior to the end of the subscription renewal date.
- You have the option to opt-out and terminate the subscription without incurring any additional fees if you have not yet used the service or booked any flights within 14 days of the initial payment. Other than that, it is unattainable to be cancelled.
- The service is available for guests who have completed 18 years and above.
- Your flight quota will be updated to be redeemed on eligible flights following a successful payment cycle. Then you can book your flight according to the flight availability and fare rules.
- Note that your quota is refreshed every (three3 calendar months), and unredeemed quota will be expired automatically in the next cycle.
- Note that any subscription falls with any day of the month, that month will consider as full month during that cycle.
- Your card will be charged (by SAUDIA’s partner “Caravelo”) in each cycle (every 3 months) in day 1 of the month, and the payment should be through SAUDIA’s approved credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX).
- If the payment is not processed for any reason, the whole subscription will be automatically put on hold as inactive until the card details are updated.
- Taxes and other airport fees are not included in the subscription rate and will be collected upon redemption.
- The fare is designed to align with the new SAUDIA branded fares and will follow same conditions. Changes or refunds cannot be made after the ticket is issued as it is valid only for the specific time / date / flight in the booking reference.
- In the event of no-show, the ticket will lose its value.
- All subscriptions are individual, and the quota and/or tickets cannot be transferred to another person.
- “SAUDIA” reserves the right to deny any passenger for safety reasons. Guests who do not comply with approved safety instructions will lose their eligibility for the refund.
- SAUDIA reserves the right to cancel subscriptions in its sole discretion during or at the end of the subscription period, as well as in case of any misuse (including any use in a manner contrary to these Terms and Conditions, or any violations or infringements of rights or impersonation).
- In case of circumstances beyond SAUDIA’s control or any unforeseen flight disruptions, “SAUDIA” will take all necessary measures to guarantee your arrival to the final destination. Nevertheless, requests for involuntary changes or refunds will be allowed in case of flight delays or cancellations according to “SAUDIA”' policies. The Involuntary refunds will be made to your balance, and taxes will be refunded in the same currency and payment method as at purchase.
By submitting this request and paying for the service, I agree to all SAUDIA’s terms and conditions in addition to the general rules of carriage.
