Earning Miles:

Each family member will receive a separate membership number, allowing them to earn Tier Credits towards their own membership status. Children between the ages of 2 and 12 will receive 75% of the Miles earned on flights, while all other members will receive the full amount of Miles earned for their flights.

Tier Credits are added to each family member's account independently, allowing them to upgrade to higher membership Tiers in the program and enjoy even more exclusive privileges. While Reward Miles earned by each family member will be collected in the family program pool, making it easier for families to accumulate Miles at a faster rate, sending them on their next holiday sooner.

Redeeming Miles:

As the head of the family program, you have the ability to choose who can redeem Reward Miles within your family account, helping you best manage how your family’s Miles are redeemed.

Enrolling Family Members:

1. Login to your AlFursan account
2. Select ‘Family Program’
3. Select ‘Add Member’ and choose either ‘Adult’ or ‘Child’
4. Fill in the required fields  

• Family members without an AlFursan membership must first register as AlFursan members. Once registered, they can then be added to your family program 

• If your family member is already an AlFursan member, just enter their membership number. An approval request will be sent automatically, and they will be enrolled in your family program once it’s approved. 

Terms and Conditions:

1. Family members’ Reward Miles will be accumulated in the main membership account only.
2. Managing the Family Program is the responsibility of the main membership holder only.
3. Family members may leave or be removed from the Family Program by the main membership holder after completing the permitted period of 6 months.
4. Children aged 2 to 11 years old cannot be removed from the Family Program unless they are transferred to another Family Program with a person that has a main membership.
5. New members added to the family program will be restricted from redeeming Reward Miles until authorization is granted by the main membership of the family program.
6. Reward Miles specific to each membership will be erased from the Family Program pooled account upon departure/removal of the membership holder.
7. The invitation to join the Family Program remains valid for 7 days for approval or rejection. After the end of this period, the invitation will disappear from the invitee’s profile on the AlFursan page, and the status of the invitation can be tracked through the Family Program page.
8. Any membership that violates the terms and conditions of the AlFursan Program will be banned and all Miles and permissions will be forfeited.
9. The mechanism for redeeming Reward Miles in the family account depends on the date on which the Miles were earned for each acquisition, starting from oldest to newest.
