    You can add family members by clicking on manage family List --> Add Member and provide required details.The details will be verified and if it is part of the family then the member will be added family list.

  • How can I add Voucher?

    Within 72 hours form verifying your account, you will receive an Exchange Notice to your email with Voucher ID and PIN. 
    Click on "Add Voucher (Starts with 115)" in GovClick to add the details.

  • How can I go to GovClick webpage?

    Click on Saudia.com/Gov to access GovClick webpage.
    Alternatively, You can click on "Book and Manage" in Saudia.com Homepage, and then choose "Government Tickets (GovClick)"

  • How can I transfer the ticket amount into my wallet account?

    You can go to Manage Booking in GovClick webpage and proceed with the option "Cancel trip".
    The tickets issued using GovClick will be refunded back to your wallet directly.
    The tickets issued though Government Travel Order will be transferred to a voucher starts with 115 which you can add to your wallet later.

  • How do I create my Wallet?

    You can register and create your wallet using your Alfursan ID by visiting Saudia.com/Gov

  • How long does it takes to refund/transfare my ticket after I cancel the trip?

    The tickets purchased using GovClick can be refunded immediately to your wallet.
    The tickets issued though Government Travel Order within 10 days.
    (Ticket eligibility for refund is based on Saudia's policy)

  • What if my profile verification fails?

    In case of profile verification failure, please go to https://alfursan.saudia.com/en and update the required details in your AlFursan account.

  • Will all of my existing EMDs be transferred to my Wallet once I create my account?

    The EMDs with correct document details will be transferred to your account within 72 hour form verifying your profile on GovClick page. If any of the EMD is not added you can call the Contact Center 920000488, or contact the email GovClick@Saudia.com

  • How to reset the password for my Saudia Account?

    You can click on "forgot password" and provide the required details to reset the password

  • How do I activate my Wallet?

    Once You log into Saudia account, you will need to validate your profile through OTP received on Absher registered phone number, then you can start adding vouchers to your wallet.
    The mobile number has to be the same on Absher, and registered with you name and ID in the telephone operating company

  • What should I do if all my information are accurate and still not able to activate my Wallet?

  • What is the minimum age to create a wallet in GovClick?

    Only Adults can create there own wallet, 18 years old and above.

  • Can I add an additional Mobile number in my Saudia Account?

    No, only one mobile number can be used to register.

  • Are there any Fee's applied when issuing a ticket using my wallet?

    Yes. Airline issuance fee of SAR 115 for domestic flights & SAR 150 for international flights is applied. 

  • Can I accumulate the mileage when purchasing tickets by using GovClick?

    Yes, You can collect miles when purchasing a ticket using GovClick.

  • Can I issue a ticket form my wallet using voucher registered under one of family member's wallet?

    No. only the guest who owns the voucher can book for himself and others added in family list

  • Can I issue a ticket using my wallet via Travel Agent?

    No, you cannot book a ticket via travel agent using your wallet

  • Can I issue a ticket using wallet plus another form of payment?

    Yes,  If your wallet balance is insufficient, you can use your Credit Card/MADA card to process the payment

  • Can I issue ticket via GovClick without using my Wallet?

    No. You have to have balance in your wallet to purchase tickets at special government rates on Saudia.
    Any additional amount can be paid using Credit Card/Debit Card

  • Can I issue Tickets on other airlines using my wallet?

    No, You can only use your wallet amount to issue tickets on Saudia's flights

  • Can I modify my reservation after I issued it using my wallet?

    You can rebook your flights currently by changing the dates only, If you need to change the route or the class please cancel the ticket and book a new ticket

  • Can I pay for ancillary using my wallet?

    No, wallet amount can be used to purchase tickets on Saudia's flights only. 
    You can use your Credit/Mada Card to pay for ancillary.

  • Can I receive cash refund when transferring the ticket amount to my wallet?

    No, The amount will be transferred to your wallet and you can use it to issue tickets at special government rates on Saudia

  • Can I use an international Mobile Number?

    No, The mobile number has to be the same on Absher, and registered with you name and ID in the telephone operating company.

  • Can I use E Wallet in Eitmad?

    No, You cannot use your wallet amount in Eitmad Portal, but you can cancel the ticket though GovClick and add the amount to your wallet and use it later on Saudia's flights only.

  • Can my family members use my Wallet credits?

    You can use your wallet balance to book tickets for members part of your family list

  • How can I refund the amount which is paid by Credit Card / MADA Card in addition to my wallet balance?

    For the tickets purchased using Credit Card, the amount will be refunded to back to the Credit Card.
    For the tickets purchased using MADA Card, you can submit your request and provide us with your bank account details "IBAN" and the amount will be refunded to you.

  • How can I use my Vouchers?

    The Vouchers can be added to your wallet and that balances can be used to book and issue tickets at special government rates for you and all family members added to your wallet.

  • How do I update my mobile number?

    You can change your number by logging to Alfursan portal https://alfursan.saudia.com/en and manage account.

  • How I get my Voucher ID and voucher PIN?

    The Voucher ID and Voucher PIN details will be shared in an Exchange Notice which will be sent to your email within 72 hours form verifying your account, or right after you cancel a ticket through Manage my booking.

  • How the ticket expiration is determined?

    The ticket expiry is determined using first issuance ticket expiry date for the ticket issued with a government travel order, and for the ticket issued though Wallet it's based on utilized voucher's expiry date to book the ticket.

  • How to top up my wallet account using the voucher?

    You can click on "Add Voucher (Starts with 115)" button and enter valid voucher details and top up your wallet

     

  • Is the balance amount in my wallet able to be withdrawn, refund or transferred to other accounts/wallets?

    No, The balance in your wallet cannot be withdrawn, returned or transferred to other accounts

  • Is there any fee's applied when activating my wallet?

    No, There is no fees applied when activating the wallet

  • What currencies are currently supported in the GovClick?

    Currency SAR is support in GovClick' wallets.
    When a voucher of different currency is added to the wallet then system converts the currency to SAR automatically and adds it.

  • What if my email is already registered with another Saudia Account?

    You can login to Saudia using the existing account, or create an account with new email ID

  • What is "Family List"?

    It is a list of verified family members in your GovClick Wallet. 
    You can use your wallet balance to book tickets for them at special government rates on Saudia.

  • What is the difference between a Voucher ID and a wallet number?

    The Voucher ID always starts with 115001, and it’s a 16-digit number.
    The Wallet number always starts with 315001, and it’s a 16-digit number.

  • What is the maximum and minimum amount can be inserted in the wallet?

    There is no min/max amount for adding vouchers to wallet.

  • What is "View Wallet"?

    You can check your balance, transaction details at any time using view wallet option

  • Will the voucher in the wallet account expire?

    Yes, Voucher valid for 365 days from original ticket's issuance date*
    *Ticket issued before 14 May 2023 are valid for 3 years from the date of issuance.

  • Would I be able to retrieve my Voucher number in the case if I lose it?

    The vouchers can be retrieved by searching your email box for the Exchange Notice.
