  • How can i follow up on a claim that has been submitted to guest relations department?

    If you did not receive a response within 15 working days from submitting your claim, you may contact Guest Relations department Via 920022222

  • I am not satisfied with the response i received to my request\ complaint, what do i do?

    If your comment / request had been closed and you are still not satisfied. You can submit an objection by re-filling contact form with including the previous request\comment number in the new request.

  • I'm a third party claiming on behalf of the traveller , what are the requirements to submit the claim ?

    • In order to process your request as a third party on behalf of the traveller, we require an authorisation issued by the respective customer (Power of attorney) , this document along with the correct flight information, booking and ticket information must be submitted through the online complaints and feedback form.
    • If the required document was not attached or any provided information were not correct  , the claim would be cancelled and another one must be submitted.
    • The webform is the only official channel to submit your claim.
