Seat+ is a service that gives you the possibility to block seats next to your original seat and enjoy a comfortable economy class experience.

Who is eligible for Seat+ service?
Seat+ Service except:
- Unaccompanied minors.
- Group Booking (G Class).

When is eligible for Seat+ service?
Seat+ service is available during period from 48h hours until 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.

How can I use Seat+ service?
An email invite or SMS will be sent to you indicating that your flight is eligible for the service, also you can go through SAUDIA website.

Can I purchase Seat+ at the Airport?
No, Seat+ service is only available online.

Can I select my original seat at the time of purchasing of Seat+ seats?
Yes, you can select and assigned your original seat then select the Seat+ seats adjacent to your original assigned seats.

How many passengers in a single reservation can block seats on a flight?
Maximum number of 2 Passenger in a single reservation can block an adjacent seat.

What is the maximum number of Seat+ seats that I can block on my flight?
- If one Passenger is in a single reservation, you can block a maximum of 3 Seat+ seats.
- If two Passenger are in a single reservation, you can block a maximum of 2 Seat+ seats
All condition are subject to aircraft configuration that assigned for your flight and the number of passengers in a single reservation.

Rates vary per sector and destination.

What are the acceptable forms of payment?
The acceptable form of payment is only credit card – Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

When the amount will be charged?
The amount will be charged instantly upon confirmation of the extra seat.

Will I able to change or cancel my Seat+ seats after I have paid for it?
You cannot change or cancel your seats after you have paid for it. If you had to change your reservation, you will lose your Seat+ seats which in this case are non-refundable.

Can I get refund after purchasing a Seat+ seat?
This service is non-refundable, except in case of Irregular operations in SAUDIA flights including but not limited to: disruption, aircraft change, or for any other operational, safety or security reasons. In case of irregular operations, full refunds will be issued manually from Saudia customer care team in the events of above mentioned circumstances happened and it should reflect in your respective account within ten (10) to fifteen (15) working days.

How do I know that Seat+ seats I have bought are confirmed?
You will receive an email confirmation contain your flight information, number of seats purchased, assigned seats, and total amount charged. Please keep your confirmation email to use it as a reference in your flight.
